Blue Apsara is proudly run by a husband-and-wife team. We prepare everything ourselves and operate day-to-day without extra staff.

Because of this, there may be rare times we need to close unexpectedly due to illness, emergencies, selling out, or equipment issues. When one of us is sick, we must close – there’s simply no safe alternative.

We always aim to communicate closures as early as possible through our website, social media, and Google Business Profile.
